Balconies of Puerto de la Cruz
The house is built with popular Canary stone masonry walls, usually volcanic, plastered and whitewashed or painted with red ocher and sienna, has some ashlar corners, holes and covers fittings. Their facades, of great simplicity, they generally lack the eaves. The one-story house, called terrera, has the door in the center and a window on each side, with studied carpentry for ventilation inside and hide from prying eyes.
