Teide Volcano
Teide is a mound of earth, a World Heritage Site from the July 28, 2007, located on the island of Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain). With a height of 3,718 m above sea level and 7,000 m above the ocean floor, is the highest peak of Spain and any Atlantic island and is the third largest volcano on Earth from its base, after Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea, both on the island of Hawaii. The Teide is a stratovolcano.
