Ponte Sampaio

While the origin of the construction is Roman, not preserve elements of such a time. The current structure responds to the Middle Ages. Construction of ten elongated arches which are situated between cutwaters. Anecdotally, noted that this bridge was fought the famous battle of Ponte Sampaio against the French in 1809.
